I would give this 0 stars because they never pick up the phone and it’s just the worst. My grandmother has to wait for atleast 2 hours before a driver could come get her and it’s just annoying

The driver was dressed in pajamas and house sleepers
The vehicle had NO WORKING SEATBELTS and I was sitting next to a bag of what I believe was someone’s personal laundry.
You would think because she knows we have no seatbelts she would drive with “care”? No not at all !!
I honestly feel like they hired anyone for this job.
