HORRIBLE this place only cares about the money even if the pet is already deceased they will still try to perform CPR and Bill you $1500- the experience we had as a group to save an animal and try to find out what happened to the animal, and they left her body in the hospital without calling us or telling us anything. This is absolutely the worst place ever if you value your dogs life, do not take it here. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS WANNA BE HOSPITAL ALL ABOUT THE $$$$$$$$$$$$$ no compassion
Trash facility that doesn’t communicate with pet owners. Will do nothing to help animals and refuse to release them until they get money. This place only cares about money, do NOT take your animals here.
Very helpful and friendly. Of course more pricey than youre regular Vet but thats to be expected. Dr. Kim in optometry is lovely. Her assistants are always sweet and great to work with as well.
The patient care manager system is not so good rude mean not professionals unfriendly and i could go on had an experience that I called a week ago and they gave me an appointment and then when I am arriving to let them know that I am arriving they tell me that I do not have any appointment and I live far away I spend $100 on transportation the assistant who answered the phone, she just told me that pay attention and that someone was going to call me to make an appointment without mercy, carrying my dog ​​he is heavy because he has a broken leg he can’t walk I asked permission to leave work early is 2/3 hours of transportation this was an experience I will never forget, I must add that the vets are friendlier, than the receptionists.
