Called because everyone else was closed and I was trying to see if I could bring my dog in since their website said walk-ins welcomed, but I’ve been to my fair share of clinics where they won’t take your pet if they’re busy or overbooked (I understand completely!). They told me they were booked (also understandably), told me ‘good luck’, then hung up on me. I assume they were probably busy but it just ruined any credibility I had in them. Very disappointed.
