They are so good with my Dandy girl… She is so peaceful going there has no issues going in or waiting to be seen.. and usually no fuss to do in the back and when she did it was momentarily because she didn’t want to leave all the attention she was getting from a different worker…
This place has been a disappointing experience consistently. I tried to like them, but I can’t help but feel as though customers are not respected. I am forced to do drop off appointments were my dog sits in a crate for 5-6 hours at a time for services that take a maximum of 1 hour. The front desk people are unaccommodating, don’t ever seem to know what is going on and at times out right rude. The service and experience are extremely apathetic, unprofessional and unacceptable.
