The staff and vets were friendly, compassionate and all-around great to work with. The facility is clean and modern and the prices were reasonable. I will be back.
i can?t say enough good things about the staff and doctors here, especially dr karoly. working through a difficult health issue with my cat, sullivan, was an emotional, draining process and every single staff, from front desk to tech in the exam room, here has been so incredibly helpful, supportive, and understanding. dr karoly never gave up on trying to figure out what was going on, and spoke on the phone to work through new issues several times without me even going into the clinic. the level of service this facility provides is really top notch, and i genuinely feel that they care about my pets? health and well-being almost as much as i do. the prices are about what i?d expect for a city clinic, and the transparency is great – i?m always told what it will cost and appreciate the breakdown. with pet insurance i don?t even hesitate, but wouldn?t if i didn?t have it either because i trust they?re doing what?s best for me and my pets. i also don?t hesitate before recommending this clinic to all my friends in the area!
I did not have the opportunity to take my pet here for care, but I did visit under sad circumstances. My Rusty passed Saturday morning, and I was able to drop him off for cremation. The staff were incredibly helpful and sympathetic upon both visits to the site. The site was very clean and organized and, as mentioned, very helpful. Thank you for taking care of Rusty on his way to the Rainbow Bridge. Your acts of kindness were so very well appreciated, and we are very grateful.
