Horrible can?t get anyone on the phone to cancel service. When you ask for a return call or they call you they make you hold for 20 minutes! Very frustrating
They took care of my handsome baby at his 6 month check-up
Staff is wonderful. My issue is with how things went about when it came to the care of my cat. My wife set up the appointment and had everything in her name. She called to let them know I was authorized to make decisions for our cat. I had to sign in with my own name yet every phone call went to her and after providing records on him, they decided to re-treat him for ear mites even though he had just received treatment less than 5 days ago. Someone had told her that they had only treated him for fleas and did not look like he had been treated for the mites. So we ended up having to pay over $80 for something that had already been done. Also I explained at check-in that we only wanted an FIV/FeLV test done.
They fit me exactly wharf I needed fit my fur babies.
I took my two dogs to have their nails done. They did a terrific job. My little one has issues with hers, and they handled it very well. Price was nice as well.
