I will never bring one of my future dogs here ever again. My 4.5 year old German Shepherd Husky named Carl was my everything. We were just at Pfister Friday afternoon, and he passed away at home Saturday afternoon. Less than 24 hours later. My baby boy is gone. He is lying next to me right now in a box that I keep leaning over to kiss. The tears literally won’t stop, and I can’t get the look of his defeated sad eyes as we pulled away Friday. The vet didn’t do all they could for him. He was miserable and barely hanging on. They admitted to us today that they should have done more for him. Never again. I’m living with pain that I don’t wish on anyone. I miss him so much.

I brought my cat, Spooky, here, and upon entering I was greeted. Janice took us to the exam room and she was very gentle with Spooky. Naturally, my cat was nervous and both Janice and Dr. McCarthy did an amazing job of making her feel comfortable. The price of her blood test and the exam was about $273, which was very expensive in my opinion. Hopefully, my pet insurance will reimburse me for this. Either way, I definitely got some peace of mind bringing Spooky here, and definitely recommend it if you can afford it.
