Called for an emergency and was given no light of day because I wasn?t able to get the credit. I was given numbers for non-profits that didn?t work either. My pet in now deceased.
If I could give this place negative stars I would! I have been here for over 13 hrs with my dog to just get told over and over that she is moved down the list. I get that critical animals come in and take property over ones less emergent. But when people come in 6 hours after you with there dog whom has the same issue and needs the same procedure done and not only gets seen before your dog but discharged 2 hours after they get here is ridiculous. Even I a life or death situation would I EVER bring my dog back to this place. They have zero compassion amd could careless yet they are suppose to be compassionate. They have the worse communication and when you ask for updates they act like your just a bother and need to sit down and wait your turn. 10/10 do not recommend this place. They are quick to take thousands of dollars from you but God forbid you care about your animals and ask questions cuz you have been here waiting and just want to know what’s going on. They are truly only out for the paycheck it’s truly sad and utterly ridiculous…. The got sent to there urgent care when they opened and they got her in and taken care of within an hour. The men and women who work im there urgent care are amazing. But the ones that work at the hospital need a lesson in human decency and compassion….
ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE EVER TO TAKE YOUR ANIMAL FOR CARE!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE COMMUNITY OR OUR FRIENDS.. MY DOG WAS BIT BY A SNAKE AND THEY WANTED OVER $1000 TO HELP HER. I AM LOW INCOME AND DONT HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY COULD NOT GET ANY ASSISTANCE FROM THE PLACES THEY RECOMMEND.. SO INSTEAD OF 1000 THEY END UP SEMDING US HOME WITHOUT HELPING MY DOG AND STILL BILLED ME 497.00 BEFORE THEY WOULD RELEASE MY DOG BACK TO ME.. THEY DID TESTS AND GAVE MEDICATION I NEVER APPROVED OF. VERY VERY VERY WRONG ON MANY LEVELS.. ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT US OR OUR ANIMALS. NOW WE WAIT AND PRAY OUR DOG MAKES IT WITHOUT PROPER HELP… THANKS SOVSC. WHAT A JOKE..
Very caring, compassionate staff. Had a late night emergency with our Borzoi, and after an MRI testing, ended up having to make a very hard decision. Staff was caring, sensitive, and allowed us time with our sweetheart before they had to be put to sleep. Can?t say enough about their care and sensitivity through the whole visit. 5+ stars.
