Young guy hard worker men
I’m not usually one to post reviews, however I was with this company for 12 years with 5 years in the Elizabethtown warehouse. In those years I have seen a lot of change for the better within the building, but with that a lot of things also remain the same. This facility goes through employees like crazy including many directors. They have a lot of wet behind the ears supervisors that are more about the power trip then the job itself. Not to say all are bad though as the inbound supervisor and manager are top notch, as well as the current D/O. As many reviews state, hours are uncertain, but this has improved over the years as well. My main issue with this facility is the lack of accountability for most employees as well as the favoritism that is played with the younger management staff. In the years I was there, I never felt that I was a valuable part of the team. My recommendation is to stay clear of this company until they learn to appreciate there employees better and replace their incompetent management teams.
