MONEY HUNGRY definition of rude. Do not I repeat do not take your animals here way too much for the treatments and down right sketchy It is not at all worth it they just want money!
I would rate a 5, but only downside was cost. However, emergency services are never cheap. I can honestly say I would gamble on financial distress to keep my little girl alive. Snake bitten, sorry swollen, crying…. There was no way I could leave without help. I want to thank the staff for being expedient, and always keeping me posted through that tough process. They even worked with me lowering some costs while providing the life saving antivenom. Little girl had a rough day or so, but is back at em like nothing happened. Little mark on her nose from the bite, but all is well. Thank you guys so much.
