After 16 years of using Banfield Pet Hospital I have to leave them for good. Customer service is not good. Yes, they are friendly, but it appears they do not what they are doing half of the time. Banfield in Brentwood, TN failed to follow through on my pet?s meds. I had to call multiple times to fix the issue. Once medication I ordered never arrived, but I was charged for it. Today I asked for a flea prevention med for my dog, but they gave me cat medicine I did not ask for. I am so upset! Now I have to drive 30 min back to the hospital to get correct meds. I am done with them!
I brought in my dog for an influenza vaccine. She previously had a wellness visit at this location within the last 6 months. I was charged $60 for another wellness check in addition to the vaccine fee and informed that I will be charged for another $60 visit when we return for the influenza booster vaccine in 3 weeks. Very expensive for a clinic that advertises “affordable vaccines”
* follow up.. Returned for the 2nd dose of the influenza vaccine. I was charged $115 for a 5 minute appointment
