THE FRONT DESK PERSON – Annette – IS A RUDE & CONDESCENDING busybody. I haven’t run across anyone as abrasive as she is at a vet’s office in decades. However, DR KOCH AND HIS VET TECH ARE GREAT! 5 stars for Dr Koch, but 1 star because of her. There are LOADS of vets in Nashville if you don’t like rude, condescending front desk personnel, go elsewhere. No need to put up with that.

Incredible staff and facility. They have been fantastic with 2 of my fur babies. They are knowledgeable, caring, and affordable. I?m even able to go in with my pet which is hard to find during covid. Thank you guys for always giving my babies the best care. ?
