I can’t praise Forest West Animal Clinic enough. Every member of the staff, from the Doctors to the runners, are so freaking awesome. They 100{f83aedf0aa10d687c2c1c2f86740a87c0cd85296bda807ac15d2905e71f0ba6f} love their patients and genuinely care for each and every one of them. The Doctors go above and beyond to make sure you’re informed and even make check up calls at night and weekends. (Or answer frantic calls in the middle of the night). I am so grateful for the care we’ve gotten over this past stressful week with my 12 yr old Chihuahua. Thank you for taking care of my Stanlee. She’s my world, and you’ve given me more time with her.

If I could give this place one hundred stars, I would. Dr. Knappett and Ms. Jennine (hope i spelled it correctly) were professional and compassionate from the very start. Knowing how delicate the situation was, they never once dropped the ball. From Monday to Wednesday, they kept me informed about everything that was going on with my baby Bandit and told me what steps were next. My baby was so sick and in pain but I’m glad I trusted them with Bandit. I knew there that he would be taken care of. They were talking to him and even calling him baby. Knowing the prognosis didn’t look good, they still treated him the best way they could. I sadly had to put Bandit down but I’m grateful for the 16 year I had with him. I’m also grateful for Forest West, Dr Knappett and Ms. Jennine. Nothing could have prepared me for this route but they made it easy for me to understand and they sympathized with me. Also, thank you to Dr. Alborta for the kind words and for the help. I know wherever Bandit is, he’s thankful to have met you guys and so am I.
We love Forest West, even our animals agree (as much as they can for vet stuff). The staff and doctors treat our dogs like royalty.
We would like to thank ?EVERYONE? at Forest West Animal Clinic for the outstanding care they provided to our Beloved Baby Girl Destin aka Rat. They went above and beyond to accommodate us with office visits, phone calls and texts. We are forever grateful for the love, compassion and support that was shown during that very difficult time.
