Our family has used this clinic since the 70’s, but when I called with a problem (our Max) I was told by Sammie that we would have to wait 5 days before they had an appointment…5 days with our beloved feline having diarrhea. No , can we help or suggesting an emergency clinic!Fortunately I have enough sense to locate one! After this I will contact another resource!
Apparently Vital Pet Eastex has gotten too big for its britches. My family and I have been loyal clients to that clinic for 45 plus years. I called at 5:15 to say that one of my Shih Tzus had injured her eye and they told me I needed to go somewhere else because they were getting ready to close. Then when I mentioned it was only 5:15, I was told the doctor was on their way out . When I persisted I was told the doctor was in the room with a client .. apparently we can’t get our story straight either . They have inundated my emails for 2 weeks with reminders about immunizations due in JUNE but they can’t see my Injured Dog today with 45 minutes left in their work day. I will never go back!!
Cheyenne found her forever Veterinary Clinic. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Especially with a matter that came up. Dr. Janki was so nice he treated Cheyenne like she was his only patient. I give everyone working there a 10 for the job they did and they did it well. We love you all, Thank you and God Bless.
