We were a walk in with a very sick dog and I was seen very quickly and I was amazed at how well everyone took care of my pup. They truely show how passionate everyone is for the health and safety of the animals thank y’all!!!
Dr Smith is an excellent farm vet. I have trusted her with my animals for the past 4 years. She has also respected the advice that I receive from a team of goat experts
However, last week I took in newborn twin does, whose mom had recently passed. I wasn’t aware that I would be seeing a different vet, Dr Reeves who proceeded to tell me everything I was doing wrong with my treatments .When I gave my reasons why, Dr Reeves was rude. At this appointment, the office staff were very kind.
Late last week, I left a message for Dr Smith to refill an antibiotic for my herd. I received a message from Dr Reeves saying that she Dr Reeves wouldn’t fill the prescription. HUH? I called the receptionist this morning and asked if Dr Smith would get my messages rather than another vet. The girl was very rude and hung up on me. HUH?
What happened to concern, care and professionalism at Lindale Vet Clinic?? This place is going downhill fast.
Lindale Veterinary Clinic has been my primary vet for over 12 years now. They give your pet the very best care. The entire staff cares about your pets well being. Recently they saved my cats leg after an accident that we truly thought she would lose it as a result of. It’s been quite the process. I’m so grateful to them for everything they have done for my cat and all my other animals. I wouldn’t want to take my pets anywhere else.
Staff very friendly. I have been bringing my pets for years, some of whom really don’t like stragers and they let the vets examine them without too much trouble. Prices are a little high, but all my pets have been well looked after.
It’s the greatest veterinary clinic I’ve ever been too. They are knowledgeable and very courteous
