Overpriced. Make sure you read the small letters if you decide to get a contract with them. Yes they are that kind of people. Don’t believe a word they say. Make sure you read everything.

I had an emergency with one of my pups, and I was calling this Banfield numerous times and placed on several holds while requesting my pup’s records/information. This was all while watching my poor pup undergo an ultrasound at an emergency animal hospital, for what ended up being an inoperable tumor that she was moments later put down for. It was a tumor that could have been found earlier with routine lab work that was already included in my pup’s wellness plan but not used until too late. I’m incredibly frustrated and saddened by the loss of my dog, but the lack of urgency and understanding from the staff at this Banfield location only added to the pain I felt and continue to feel.
The receptionists who take forever to answer the phone here are incredibly useless and incapable of consistently answering the phone, not to mention they’re rude and snarky. I called, was instantly placed on hold and I had requested to speak to my dog’s vet because I had a small question about topical flea medication and was told the doctor was out to lunch and that I would need to schedule a whole appointment with the doctor to discuss my question. I tried asking her the question instead and she was no help whatsoever and she just continued to tell me that I needed an appointment which was annoying. No one should have to go out of their way to schedule and pay for a whole appointment in regards to a question. I won’t even be taking my dog back there ever again moving forward. Either be somewhat of actual use or helpful to pet owners or don’t even work there at all.
