I took my cat in to see about his asthma. I thought he was going to do blood work but he didn’t. He gave my cat a shot and told me he was congested. He should have done blood work. My cat had heart disease and died from respiratory failure. My cat suffered because he didn’t do his job. If he would have my cat would not have suffered a horrible painful end.
We love this vet! They always show that they truly care about our pups. They make them feel comfy and as safe as possible, which is saying something since one of my pups is very nervous. Their hours are kind of limiting but I think that’s what you get with such personal care. If you need last minute help, you will sometimes not be able to get in as the vet is not in all days so they will refer you to emergency services if needed. They are worth it when you can get in though.
I brought my 13 month old Boxer ‘Max Ali’ the older Lady was very rude, The only reason we came here is because we couldn’t get into our vet and my wife worked here 20+ years ago. Max ended up having to go to our Vet on a same day appt. 3 days after being @ DR.Blotter that costed me $467 doller’s and then had to pay another $268 and then we also had Max micro chipped here and they Never registered the chip with the company. Now I have to pay another $25.00 dollers to do so when I paid the Vet already. PLEASE IF YOU LOVE YOUR ANIMALS AS WE DO PLEASE PLEASE DON’T TAKE THEM TO THIS HORRIABLE PLACE THEY MAY NOT SERVIVE!!! I WOULD DO 0 STARS IF I COULD!!!!
For three years I repeatedly asked about my cats teeth and smelly breath. I even requested a dental cleaning because I thought she had gingivitis- but was told it was just plaque and they gave her a steroid shot and send her on the way. I trusted his opinion.
Today Nellie had 14 teeth pulled due to late stage neglected gingivitis. She is three years old and has no front teeth.
My heart is broken.
Take your pets somewhere else.
We took our Harley kitty told them we were told she was a girl to get spayed, well they cut her open, no ovaries, then neutered him! Got him home and he was lifeless, called and took him back for a shot, he was ok for a couple of months, then ended up dieing a couples of months later! I hate doing a bad rating! Please if you have a kitten find a vet that will double check, cause it could be a male!
