Decided to take my 2 kittens to Hartwood due to the good reviews and after a few visits, I left each one more disappointed in their performance or lack thereof. They told me that my 6 month old kitten had gingivitis and if it didn’t go away by 1 year old, they would recommend a full mouth extraction. No other information was given. After taking her to a different vet, they gave us ways to help mitigate plaque buildup and told us to do frequent dentals and by 3 years of age the gingivitis may go away completely. Please see a different vet. They don’t care about the well-being of your animals, they just want your money.
