The front desk staff is well trained in simple medical issues, so I feel like I can trust them to know when they can (accurately) answer quick questions, and when something has to be forwarded to the vet. I really super duper appreciate their willingness to receive texted photos to help determine if an animal needs to be seen. I also deeply appreciate that the vets and vet techs are willing non-judgementally to discuss cost of services and diagnostics; it would be wonderful to have unlimited funds to spend on our pets’ healthcare, but that’s not usually the case, and all cost decisions have to be made through the filter of what marriage partners will accept. These are really hard balancing decisions to make, and having a vet who is willing to reasonably and kindly help talk through the options is a huge stress relief and promotes open communication. We’ve been patients here for about 8 years now, and so happy to remain so!
Absolutely the worst vet ever!! They care more about charging you and making money than actually caring about the dog. They will charge you for follow up and will also charge you for unnecessary fees that you don?t even ask for! They will recommend unnecessary doses so they can make money! This is not a place where they actually care about the health of your dog, this place is to upswell and make money!
