If you are looking for a vet that will take the time to treat your pet with care DO NOT go here. I have been visiting and using Banfield services for over 7 years and have been continuously let down to a point where I will no longer be using their services. Each time my pet goes in for a visit, something unrelated is diagnosed. When discussing treatment, they only focus on the cost of the treatment and not how to administer or care for your pet. Do not waste your time with the services offered here.
The Springfield location across from the mall is a great location, with friendly and helpful staff. They speak Spanish, and always take good care of Luca, our Cavapoo.
I like how they treat my princess there, and they’re the only ones who can trim her nails.
