We came to this clinic in desperate need of getting our pup into emergency surgery to treat an infected bite wound. Other emergency vet hospitals (even Blue Pearl animal hospitals) in both Seattle & Eastside areas all said they were very busy with patients and referred us here to be seen earlier. My Pet?s Vet?s staff were helpful, sympathetic, and professional. The doc was kind, patient with our questions, and gave alternative treatment option (if surgery was not a financially feasible option at the time). Our pup got into surgery same day, earlier than anticipated and was ready to be picked up hours earlier than we thought it would have been! Doc put our pup on the right antibiotic and the tissues have healed up very nicely now without any complications. We?re very grateful to the prompt & compassionate care we received during a very stressful & emotional time!
Unfortunately I had to bring my dog in to be euthanized. I called 20 minutes before I got there to let them know i was on the way so they could get a room ready for us. All of the staff was so kind, caring, and understanding. You could really tell that they felt empathetic towards us. They let her lay on a soft little blanket and gave her some yummy treats before we had to say goodbye. My dog was very happy and calm in her final moments and the veternarian talked us through the process and reassured us of many things. They also offered to give us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. I am so so thankful that I went here instead of going elsewhere. They really made this painful experience as stress free as possible.
Came in after my dog had gotten in a fight with another dog and had a wonderful experience! From the front check in person to the doctor, everyone was great! Dr.Abolnick was very nice and honest, he didn’t try to sell me extra products/services. So thankful I found this place. For same day/walk in urgent care the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend!
Crazy expensive!!!! I neutered my dog here before they sold it to a new veterinarian. They charged me 312$ with surgery and microchip. Now this new Vet charges my 5lb dog over $700+! And they even said ?depending on how long they take??. The other vet took 2hrs for my 7lb dog. Ridiculous! Go look else where.
Went in on a Sunday for my Dog’s ear infection, after being told it would be a 45 min wait, 3.5 hours went by and I still had yet to see the Doctor. Horrible Customer Service, will never go back.
