Dr Birchmeire and the team are amazing! They quickly identified the reason for my dog?s sickness. Tests were done quickly, and my dog came home after the visit with the medicine. Dog recovered well. Fast and accurate diagnosis! The process put me and my dog in ease. We felt comfortable there and will be back again (if things happen, hopefully not!) recommended to everyone whose dog needs urgent care!
** Update 4-10-2023 Thank you again Dr. Birchmeire, Amanda and the front desk! You helped me again but this time for my cat Tigger! I’m so grateful they’re open on Sunday! Everyone was so kind. Dr Birchmire is the Best! She quickly diagnosed Tigger’s vomiting let me feel comforted. I am very grateful.
Dr. Wise is the best! My cat is getting old and has complex medical problems (food allergies, environmental allergies, IBD, GI lymphoma, and diabetes) and she has been absolutely wonderful. Recognized a previously undocumented-in-cats hypersensitivity reaction to a medication, and refers out to specialists when it’s in the best interest of the patient. Ahes very patient and clearly cares a lot! Would highly recommend her to any cat parents.
We’ve also used urgent care several times, which has been a life saver for our cat who was subsequently diagnosed with diabetes and intestinal lymphoma (separately). We always call ahead to make sure there’s not a long wait when we arrive, and the staff and vets are amazing. Dr. Birchmeier has seen our kitty at least 3 times and is so kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend when you can’t get a quick enough appointment with your regular vet!
