Always feel like i pay for more services when i don’t need to. I took him (my pup) in to be checked and nothing was wrong with him then some how they proceed to tack on a few more things just to get more $$. Other then that the clinic is friendly and they treat my pup well

I scheduled a medical grooming for my aggressive cat. I dropped her off at 9:00 am and was told I would get updates on her progress. By 12:00 pm, I hadn’t heard anything yet so I called and was told they hadn’t gotten to her yet. I kept calling throughout the day to check in, and every time I called, they hadn’t gotten to my cat yet.
Finally, around 4:30pm, they began grooming her and let me know I could pick her up at 5:30pm. When I arrived at 5:30pm to pick her up, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for paperwork.
When they brought my cat out, her crate was covered in her hair inside and out.
When I got home and got to see her, I realized they did a terrible job on the grooming. I asked them to keep her full tail and they shaved half of it, and her overall shave was very uneven.
A shift lead reached out to me and was very apologetic about my experience. They refunded me the office visit and grooming fee.
