Dr Isla was wonderful! She was kind and patient with my sweet old dog. The front desk staff were welcoming and we were roomed and able to see the Vet as scheduled. I highly recommend the clinic!
Our experience was excellent! We were warmly received. Our concerns were listened to and the vet was very much a match to us and our way of thinking about animal care. Maggie received great care and we came away saying, “We really like this guy! I wonder if we can schedule with him every time we come?”
We have been to Shoreline Central Animal Hospital on several occasions. Recently our dog had an eye infection and they were able to work us in that day. The vet explained the situation in terms we could understand and why they were doing each procedure. The staff is genuinely friendly and our dog seems to love going there.
Emily on front desk and Dr.Isla went above and beyond to assist my parents and their cat Drake. He had a high fever and did not respond to previous treatment at AES Kirkland. We’re extremely thankful and happy that Shoreline central was able to squeeze us in and help Drake.
