The lady who answered the phone was very dismissive with any problem and concern I had. In fact she told me I was speaking to loud, wow! And she got mad because I didn’t submit to the tone she deem appropriate. After paying over $1000 or more and asking if there was a care plan after and being told no there wasn’t one is completely frustrating. my poor dog is still stuffing from the same ear infection they told me I didn’t have to worried about after the Irrigation was done, beside it maybe cause by allergies which I brought the food they suggested. Now they’re saying she needs to be check for allergies something That could have been done at that time. I’m done with this vet office.
Hit or miss here. The staff is incredible but the doctors I’m not sure I trust. Recently took my kitten in for her annual checkup and one vax, Dr popped in and looked at her for less than 2 minutes. Barely talked to me then left. A few minutes later the tech came in with a $900 list of items for my cat that was so confusing and felt unnecessary. When I started declining services I felt extremely judged by the staff. Heard the Dr and the tech arguing in the next room too, don’t understand why the Dr couldn’t have come in and talked to me instead. Feels like they’re constantly trying to push products rather than give the appropriate care. I’d prefer if my doctors weren’t sales driven but that’s the world we live in I guess
Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I feel my dogs will get the best care
All the people there great. Knowledgeable and efficient. Took care of a few last minute things I forgot.
