This vet lied about having my dog for seven days Neutered ,and adopted him out. I?ve searched for my dog he is a Old bloody German shepherd . I told them I want my dog back and the told me I would have to pay them 571 dollars to get him back. They stole my dog from me.
Dr Ellen Trapp is ? the real deal!? She is personable and professional, and thoroughly knowledgeable about animals. She?s done spays and neuters so well that my animals didn?t even need pain meds. When I thought one of my dogs had a foot infection, she did an exam and diagnosed a dislocating kneecap. Everything she told me was true, including that only surgery could correct it. My dog is now doing great after surgery! I bring all my animals to her and they?ve never had better vet care!
Patiently sat over 30 minutes for the doctor to show up and listened as she conversates in the office with someone then a lady arrives and in less than 2 minutes of her arrival the inconsiderate doctor takes her and her pets straight on back letting me know how important she views the time and patience of a new customer.. been different if the person who?s time was placed more important than ours but less important than an inconsiderate doctor had an emergency situation? I would not wast another minute for a self centered individual who sees others time as not as important as her own.. guess I have seen why she doesn?t seem to have a thriving small practice BAD FOR BUSINESS DOC
Very helpful, prices are good and very friendly
