Member of the Oxmoor Animal Clinic staff was friends with a woman who stole my mother’s credit card and then proceeded to use it for payment. Despite the fact that my mother doesn’t have an account there and has never stepped foot into this clinic (she has Alzheimer’s and doesn’t drive), they
refused to reimburse the $200 charge.
There are many wonderful veterinarian
clinics in Homewood, but this is not one
of them.
My 12.5 year old dog suffered sudden right side paralysis and this vet (who I had never been to before) treated my girl with such great care! The doctor concluded that it was likely IVDD, and gave her the treatment she needs to hopefully recover and keep her pain free. The doctor also gave me hope when I thought I was only days away from making a tough decision. I would recommend this office to anyone with pets…I know all of my dogs will be patients of theirs for years to come!
Very friendly and helpful staff Warm atmosphere.
