The entire team is wonderful!! You greet you with the biggest smile. They send you off with the biggest smile. Caring and loving team!
Do NOT come here! This place is the worst! I came here due to it being a high concern for my bird and they were the closest avian vet which were opened at the time. They charged $82 for "examining" my bird without taking any fecal samples to exam or anything else. The doctor prescribed a respiratory medication without conducting any tests or solid evidence of disease.
Not to mention the doctor was so rough with my bird that I would’ve called the police and made a report of abuse if he were human! Also, the place smelled unsanitary, the tools he had looked dirty, and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Dr.Google has better experience and instructions than here. I’ll keep my business in Hartselle and take the risk of nursing with Google instructions.
I always loved going to see Dr Renfroe w my pets thru the years. I will miss him!
Dr. Renfroe recently retired. The clinic is closed.
