They might perform the emergency services needed. But the effort, passion and care that you look for in veterinary services is not present here. This place is run by people with a business forward attitude and no real interest in providing loving care to your pet. The passive aggressive response to every low star review is evident of this. Come here as a last resort or your pockets will pay.
If there were somewhere else in town to go for pet emergencies I would. Unfortunately, this is the only option. However, I think with the wait times and strange operating procedures (online check-in and wait in your car, tests before physical exams) it might not be any slower to go to Birmingham, which has better equipment and facilities. The staff mostly seem like caring people during the interactions I’ve had here, but the operating procedures make stressful situations more stressful for the owners and pets in my opinion.
Great experience
The people here saved Roman! We took him there with parvo they immediately took action and brought him back to us! We aren’t completely 100{1ce87eb575cd62bb7c3b39cd4095c082b5b5a07dd6339d44232544046e053171} yet but bc they understand people don’t give bank accounts they have us at home care ideas! Highly recommend!!
