I am absolutely blown away. My 11month old Doodle and I had an amazing experience. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. They made a huge effort in making sure my pup was comfortable which is hard to do at a vet, but they managed to have her tail wagging by the end.
We always get great care here. They put up with my very dramatic dog. She is great for them when I’m not around. I would recommend them to everyone I know.
I took 3 of my cats there, and it was okay (one of them got alot of tests and cost alot, but still no diagnose–I guess I was kinda okay with that). Then get an ultrasound for my pregnant cat, they didnt allow me to go inside, so I told them to at least take a photo or a short video, which the doctor did. I was promised that they will send me the video. the day after I called them to remind them, they again said it will be send thru email, never got it. 8 days later I called them, they said they CAN NOT send it to me.
I know it was just an ultrasound to figured out if she is pregnant or not, though at this point when I brought her there I already know that she is (Worse way to spend $243 for nothing).
That’s it, I’ll bring my pets somewhere else.
