A non greedy pet hospital, very rare! They just earned a customer
One of the best places to take your pet. A truly caring staff and decent pricing. Yes, they are busy and wait time for standard appointments can be 2 weeks out. That shows they have a lot of happy customers.
We arrived to our 11:00am appt at 11:10am receptionist was on the phone. Once she got off the phone and checked us in she stated our appt was at 10:30am and we needed to reschedule, I informed I received a text stating 11:00 am appt and she went back and talk to the dr and came back saying we still need to reschedule because grace period was till 11:15 and we got there at 11:15 and I said no we were here at 11:10 and you were on the phone, well she said we needed to reschedule and just got up and left very upset. I have been taking all my 5 dogs to this vet for over 15 years I have never been treated so poorly, there was no one waiting to be seen clearly they could have seen us, I’m not sure if they have new dr because we have seen so manny in 15 years. I’m not going back to them they made it very clear they didn’t want to see us and they didn’t care either.
