This clinic has an amazing veterinarian. But the office staff is incompetent. I took my Bandit there to get neutered and the office staff was rude and unprofessional. I was told by the veterinarian that i could literally just drop Bandit off with his paperwork and go. The front office had me sitting out there for 45 minutes. When i mentioned that i had to get to work the front office lady gave me the most disgusted look and rolled her eyes. So needless to say i got written up at work that day. I went during a special of $30 for May and she wound up charging me $221. Well actually she charged my sister when she was asked to put it on my paytient card. But the veterinarian was so good it is almost worth dealing with incompetent staff just so my Banda can have a good dr.
Ok care but very difficult to reach by telephone or get them to return messages. A little expensive.
I left a message late afternoon on Friday and recieved a call back the next morning. I was able to book an appt for my cat that Tuesday. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and my feisty cat was great with our Vet. Her procedure was explained in detail and I was able to bring her home that afternoon with no issues. Will definitely return.
All the staff was super kind and helpful. Low prices were perfect for my grandmother’s fixed budget and allowed her to keep her pet healthy!
