I’ll start by saying that Dr. Sullivan needs to find a different career.
    She is rude and incompetent.

The rest of the staff was good and Dr. Roberts went above and beyond to help me and my kitty.

DO NOT go to this Animal Hospital. We waited 4 hours to a vet to look at our cat.on a Saturday. We left after the four hours. There were 4 people a head of us and we waited from 3:30 and at 7:15 p.m. At 7:15 p.m. there was another client a head of us. We left with no vet to look at our cat. They are not staffed and possibly one doctor on call. We will never to go to this Animal Hospital again. We will go to our regular doctor on Monday and hope our cat is okay.

We were told when I called shortly before arrival at 4:45pm that we shouldn’t have long to wait since the didn’t have anybody in the waiting room. When we got there, still nobody in the waiting room. We waited for about 2 hours to be triaged, at which time they took my dog’s temp with a rectal thermometer, then threw it in the sink (didn’t take it to be sanitized, sure hope they clean those between patients) where it sat for the remainder of the 5 HOURS that we were there. Then we were told that we wouldn’t see a doctor until after 7:30pm. Finally at almost 8pm we saw a doctor, who told us she just got on for the night shift (not sure why we were told we wouldn’t have to wait long if their doctor wasn’t scheduled until 7:30pm). My dog presented with kennel cough symptoms, and the doctor recommended xrays for $1,000. I declined and she wrote us a script for a cough suppressant which took the techs another 45 minutes to hand to us. The attitude of the one front desk girl was absolutely abhorrent and she needs to work on her bedside manner if she ever wants to grow in her ‘front desk girl’ career. Never coming back here.

My family and I came to this location to bring our dog Copper in for an issue no male dog wants to go through… He is a pretty big red pit bull who has issues with other people and other dogs. When I arrived, I called the front desk to state that I had brought my dog in for an emergency, but coukd bring him inside because of his dislike of others. They were so kind and caring of our situation and brought out paperwork to our car to sign forms to make the process easier. This wonderful woman, Dani, came to talk to us about what will happen and then took Copper through a separate path where no other dogs or people would be. To my surprise, he actually seemed to listen to her and not bark at her! They put him in a secluded room with a bed to make him more comfortable. We were literally seen right away with possible problems and treatments. Might I add they take CareCredit? Great option if your ever in need of help with payment. Anywho, when it was time to go, Dani brought Copper back out to our car and continued to show kindness and empthy to us. She is phenomenal and really does care! So if you ever need medical assistance with your pet, bring them here!! They will make you feel so welcomed!

Shout out to Trinity and all the amazing staff here. Having to take a pet in for emergency care is scary and stressful, but everyone here was so compassionate and kind. They took great care of my dog and thoroughly walked me through aftercare. Though I hope we never have to visit again, I will highly recommend this place to anyone who needs it.
