Long wait times!! They do not honor their appointment time. We waited over an hour. They pretty much just ignored us. So we left. If we wanted to be treated so badly we’d go to Banfield. Sigh. It was our second, and last, visit here. Time to find a good veterinarian.

Small, friendly staff.. seemed caring. Reasonably priced but make sure to understand what they are quoting. Much better than the one I have gone to for the last 7 years that turned corporate, turned less caring and then prices exploded.
They do not offer emergency services as the website suggests.
The staff at Petsvet are friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I had an urgent situation and although Petsvet was shorthanded and extremely busy they took us. Although it was our first visit they treated us like we had been coming there for years. I’m extremely thankful for the expert care my dog received. They will have my continued patronage. Thank you Petsvet and thank you Dr. Beaubien.
