horrible customer service , spoke with a lady named laura who was super rude i was simply asking her for information and she had an ugly attitude like lady if your dont like your job get a new one , its bc of people like her that give these places a bad name dont take your pets here look elsewhere bc if these people cant even answer simple questions without getting rowdy on the phone imagine what they do to your pets while their in their care if i cld give no stars i would but i have to put something in so you get a 1 star
Briarwood was recommended to me by my neighbor. Since switching to Briarwood I don’t think I’d trust my pets’ care to any other vet. The staff up front gives you their full attention when talking. I never feel like an inconvenience. I know my cat is receiving the best care possible, which is extra comforting when he has to stay overnight.
They are always so kind and take increditable care of my fur babies.
This is the best animal hospital in Little Rock.
