Good, knowledgeable, kind staff. Glad I didn’t feel like my bill supported an extravagant facility or excessive numbers of staff, and that they got me in quickly for a critical need with a livestock animal–which is the best of our options within 20 miles of Searcy. Significant room for improvement with call backs and relaying lab results to clients.
This is a great team. They take such good care of our dogs. They explain everything so you understand diagnosis and treatment. They are very kind and gentle with our elderly dogs. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!
I’m happy to have been recommended here! We have been looking for a new vet since moving from Little Rock to Searcy and this is it. There was no criticism or judgement regarding how we do or don’t care for our pup (which we’ve experienced at many other vets) and they were very thorough, resulting in identifying a health condition that no other vet has caught. They were also very patient with our anxious pup and educated us on everything they were doing and why. Highly Recommend!
