Our 9 year old cat Sunny suffers from epilepsy. The vets at Providence have been very attentive in monitoring his condition and prescribing the necessary meds for treatment. The most recent visit was with Dr. Stiglich and she was superb with the way she handled our cat plus having great people skills. Ditto for past visits with Dr. Lender and Dr. Clemens. All 3 are 5 star vets. Also, as always kudos to Antonella and all of the office staff and technicians. It’s always a positive experience when going to Providence.
I had a great experience going to Providence, and would highly recommend the Webster clinic. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to take great care of my dog, and is my go to vet for any pet related issues!
They did not tell me the late rule at the beginning. I am late due to the traffic. They call me and tell me I must to reschedule when I am looking for the parking.
I wish I could give them 10 stars. Or 100000000. They are simply the best vets in the Bay Area. I adore them. So flexible, so attentive, so generous with their time.
They are very thorough and caring. I have great confidence in their recommendations and assessments. I wish the process were a bit faster- I was the first appointment of the day and it took over an hour for routine checkups for my dog and cat. There was a lot of downtime between steps that I wish could have been quicker. It is definitely on the expensive side, but they are transparent about getting approval before procedures.
