Called this guys because i have an emergency with my puppy and told me they don?t get walk in Visits. Funny. Let me schedule my next emergency?.
Lousy customer service
Tough to express how disappointed and saddened of my experience today. Past visits were very pleasant. Dropped off our dog for a teeth cleaning and picked up our dog with 12 teeth extracted with no consent from the owner. Voice-mail was recorded, call back occurred, to further express non consent of the tooth extraction on a procedure that was only “recommended” and non life or death. Receptionist mentioned the procedure for extracting the teeth already occurred upon expressing the nin consent over the recorded telephone line. When picking up our dog, the receptionists were laughing at our reaction to hearing the news, further turning over our dog covered with blood all over his face. You can see the difference of what his fur is supposed to look like. The event traumatizing and very unprofessional to say the least. I hope your pets stay safe under their care.
