I was recommended this vet by others. I have an exotic pet (a rabbit). I left my pervious vet for this one and it is worth the change.
1. There are no application fees and prices are super affordable (granted they add up lol)
2. The vets are very rabbit savvy for anyone who needs a vet in the IE/Riverside area.
3. They really treat you and your pet well by giving your pet the best care possible.
4. This place will own up to their mistake if they made one. I don’t believe I have ever seen any place do this before. This is a very good trait, so I hope this continues on for others if errors were made.
5. Staff is very cordial.
Definitely worth the investment in this place for your pet. I am bring all my bun buns here for sure.
Dr. Bart absolutely walks on water he always has he always will if you tell him it can’t be done he will find a way to do it trust and believe that he is absolutely the best not to mention his a very loving and compassionate people keep up the good work shorty thanks you too
I love the staff
My bird was very sick, and I called Animal Medical Center of Corona to ask if she could be seen. The lady who answered told me they could give me an appointment at a later date. “She’s gonna die,” I replied. She then told me she would let me know if someone cancelled. I didn’t expect much. But, she did call and my bird was seen a little later that same day.
She was extensively tested for a diagnosis. Fluid and a mass in her abdomen had to be removed through surgery. It was a high risk surgery due to the age of my cockatiel, (17 years old,) and her broken state of health. Her surgery was done by two wonderful avian experts, so hard to find in my area. One of them was Dr. Baldwin, who is very knowledgeable, professional yet caring and compassionate. Blankita, my bird, came out of the surgery fine. She has since regained her health, her appetite, and her happiness.
I want to say that from the receptionist lady who first received my call, (Sandy), to the vet techs, and the doctors, my bird and I couldn’t have received better attention; we were treated with care, concern, love, and professionalism. At AMC, everyone works as a cohesive team, at an efficient pace, yet not sacrificing the care for the beloved pets.
I was informed at every step of the way of everything about her procedures; was given after surgery appointments to make sure she was healing well; and received frequent phone calls asking for the well –being of my bird. Finding Animal Medical Center of Corona has made a difference on how I now view what a veterinarian clinic should be. I wish I would have known about them before. Needless to say, I highly recommend them. From Blankita and me, thank you to all the team members!!!
