Been going here since it was arbor animal hospital. Not sure what some of these others have experienced but I never saw my bill go up at all and I save all my records. The staff stayed the same which is nice they are all professional. Unfortunately covid brought some negative sides such as no longer open on saturdays and the drop off only appointments which are long but otherwise still the same vet I’ve known
Do t trust these people. There is no way this business listen to you when you are in problem. Due to negligence of this place i missed my flight along with full family cost and had to cancel my trip today. I hold banfield insurance for my pup and i am not a doctor. From record what i see is all upto date vaccines in my pet profile. My pet went for first day hoteling and they denied entry because seems he was missing one vaccine which my doc never talked about. Called many places but no one would give him a shot without full diagnosis. Called this place as my primary place and asked them for emergency help if they can and they fully ignored and denied and didn’t help. Just one shot??? Really this is what you call service. I am for sure going to cancel the subscription. A big no no no no to this and will never recommend to any friends.
Avoid this place if you don’t wanna kill your pet! They take extra vaccines on your pet without getting your authorization!
Poor service, very rude staff. I called them to schedule an appointment, and the staff hanged up the phone after a 20 minute waiting.
Great staff very friendly and professional. My dog gets the care she needs when she needs it!
