Dr. Avon is super kind and knowledgeable. She is always compassionate and never makes you feel rushed or that she isn’t paying attention to you and your pets needs.
Great staff, really cares about the animals.
The desk staff were friendly and helpful. The vet was knowledgeable, patient, and respected our constraints and wishes with a dying cat.
Lady that answers the phone is extremely incompetent and tries to make excuses to not do her job and keeps trying to get us to go elsewhere for our dogs medication. She flat out refused to call her manager so we could get an estimate on when our prescription would be ready and keeps trying to redirect us to order from chewies. Avoid this clinic if you can – they don’t care at all about the well-being of your pets. Every time we have came in or had questions the lady has been rude and dismissive. Seriously go anywhere but here
