I really like this Hospital even though the wait was extremely long, they’re nice and compassionate, however I couldn’t give it five Stars because my dog was in the back crying for 7 hrs which was unnecessary, because she could have been with us and comfortable until the doctor had a chance to look at her, our dog is not used to leaving us and it was very upsetting especially because she has a severe heart condition and a collapsed tracheal so she shouldn’t have had to bark like that for that long, other than that it was amazing they’ve always been very nice here we were lucky we were able to get her in! Prices r reasonable also! And I would also love to say it was very nice having hot tea and hot coffee while having to stay up all night like that and that cute little book with the papers and pins in it that you were giving away for free was super cute thank you
I went to the hospital with my sick dog. As new dog Mom, I had no idea where to go or what to expect. After searching all over the internet, I was guided here. Tabby at front desk is extremely nice, helpful and made me feel at ease. The doctor and all the staff were so forthcoming with information for my dog. Thank you everyone for making this uneasy and scary time more manageable. I highly recommend the staff here.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!! You are just a pay check to them! We took our cat in because she had difficulty breathing. After paying almost $5000 we still do t know anything. They just want to run many test and keep the overall anything to increase the bill and there is not even a vet on site they have to wait for one. You will learn nothing and I will be very expensive.
Can’t say enough kind words for the fantastic staff. They took care of my sick senior doggie with care and dignity at 3 am. Great with follow ups too! Thank you so much!
This is one of those times that you want to give more starts, but I can’t 🤠I thank all the staff from this hospital and specially to CORAL for her compassion with my daughter. All I got to say #1.
