Dr Judge was amazing. She broke down everything she was going to do and why. She thoroughly walked us through lab results giving us more details and answering all of our questions. I can not recommend her highly enough!! It’s tough to be at a hospital but the staff on Sunday night was amazing and super helpful. They weren’t always able to have all the answers but let us know why and what they were doing to get to it! Thank you for all your help!

We came in with a cat I believed had passed and left two days later with one good as new. So thankful for the companionate care we received. We also found it very easy to call and speak to a vet. We were refunded roughly 1/5 of our retainer given the positive response but even if we hadn’t been I feel really really appreciative. As with all of the American healthcare system, expect higher prices, but the care can’t be beat

Came here at midnight on a Friday for my big dog who couldn’t walk. Everyone from the doctors to the front desk were very nice and welcoming, even as I was halfway in shambles. I’d come back again if I ever had to in an emergency. Prices weren’t WILD, but it is an emergency vet so… you’re gonna pay more.

    Updates to the original comment:
For some reason I saw 2 comments by management here, first one was deleted and I only can see the second comment. The unacceptable risk was that Dr Yoshimoto did not came to visit my dog as he promised. It would took him only few minutes to evaluate my dog reports and situation but staff were not able to find him for the whole time I was there. The unacceptable risk is they did not offer any help to save my dog as he was an existing patient for few months. The unacceptable reason is the ER Dr did not evaluate my dog lab report and I had to tell him myself that the dogs hemoglobin level is going down. My dog passed away one week later due to the unexplained reason.

I know you just care about your business and reputation, but I had to leave this comment for other dogs owners to be aware and alert.

    Original comment:
I tried calling and emailing Dr Yoshimoto many times to get help as my dog is his existing patient. After so many
unanswered Calls he finally responded with no diagnosis nor help offered. My dog’s situation got worse over the time because they were not able to identify the issues
initially on the first visit where they ran bunch of blood works and ultrasound.
Per dr Yoshimoto I brought my dog as an emergency and admitted to the clinic to be seen by dr Yoshimoto again. The
staff were not able to find him. They put a fresh grad vet with no experience as a front liner in their ER department. The ER vet knows nothing and doesn’t know how to evaluate and analyze dog’s lab reports and come up with
a valid diagnosis and treatment. After multiple visits where my dogs situation got worse, they told me they don’t know what’s going on with my dog and they tell me to put him in sleep.
