Definitely more expensive than some but the vets were amazing. I had to come here for an emergency with my cat and they gave us many options for financial aid since our biggest problem was budget. Instead of running all the tests they recommended, they did one at a time for us so we didn’t have to pay for unnecessary fees. Once the problem was discovered, we had no other choice but to put out FIP positive cat down. There’s no known cure that’s approved by the FDA but they explained to us ways we MAY be able to find the only thing that’s been documented to help. Unfortunately it would’ve been thousands of dollars that my family wasn’t prepared to pay nor willing to make my poor baby suffer any longer. When we put her down the doctors were very supportive and let us know we were doing the right thing. I had her cremated and 100% expected her ashes to be given back to us in a bag but instead we received it in a beautiful box, along with an imprint of her paw, forget me not flowers, and a poem. I’m thankful for the compassionate doctors there and how I received her ashes, since she passed I’ve been regretting not getting an imprint of her paw so being able to receive it now is priceless. Thank you for doing everything you could while she was alive and going above and beyond after she passed.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!

I brought my little Coco on Friday May 19th .
As soon as I walked in they took it to the back so the doctor could examine her. They made me wait one hours before the doctor came to talk to me asking me the same questions the nurse asked me an hour earlier.
It seems like nobody even visited her!!
She told me that she had a "suspect cranial cruciate ligament rupture of the right pelvic limb" and that most likely she need it to see a surgeon and have surgery because otherwise she wasn’t going to get well.
They give her a painkiller shot that made her very drowsy and sleepy. They kept it there for 4 hours telling me they want it to monitor her and perform blood test and X ray .
I came to pick her up after 4 hours because they said that is was the maximum that they need it to get all the results back.
I went back to pick up Coco and the results weren’t still there.
I told them I wasn’t living her at the hospital any further, but in order to released her they want it me to pay the whole bill plus they give me two painkillers to give it to her the next day and they charged me other 130 dollars and because they didn’t pack one of the medicine right, it spelled through the whole bag.
The total bill was over 1000 dollars!!!
I took Coco home and the next day she woke up totally fine but because of the shot they gave her she didn’t eat for two days and she had diarreah .
She was running so fast in the park and having a blast , before I brought her to hospital, that most likely she pulled a muscle or something, something that happened to humans all the time .
If she really had what they diagnosed her she was going to scream from the pain etc.
They overcharge for everything , people with no clue or experience, they just want to overcharge and charge for wrong diagnosis.
Stay away from them!!!!!DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

My experience at Bright Care Veterinary Emergency Hospital was a tragic ordeal marked by gross negligence, insensitivity, and flagrant financial exploitation.
The supposedly professional treatment my beloved pet received resulted in her untimely demise, a devastating blow that underscores the lack of competence and empathy within this establishment. The cruel and appalling manner in which they handle animals not only caused physical distress to my pet but also a profound emotional turmoil within me.
Customer service was woefully substandard, characterized by callousness and disinterest in addressing any concerns or questions. When I sought answers from doctors who treated my pet, I was met with evasiveness and a conspicuous absence of transparency. Attempts to reach out to them with calls or to express concerns were brusquely dismissed.
Financially, this hospital operates with an apparent disregard for fairness, heavily overcharging for even the most rudimentary of procedures and tests. It appears that their PRIMARY MOTIVE IS PROFIT, even at the expense of the animals entrusted to their care and the bereaved pet owners seeking their assistance.
Overall, my experience with Bright Care Veterinary Emergency Hospital was undeniably traumatic, marked by a callous lack of compassion for animals and their owners, rampant overcharging, and a culture of avoidance when faced with questions or concerns. The unacceptable behaviors exhibited by certain hospital workers (Wendy, Joanne, Ali Haghnazary, and Robert James Righter) at BrightCare are akin to those we’d expect from monsters in terms of their lack of empathy or compassion. I highly advise pet owners to seek elsewhere for the care and treatment their beloved companions deserve.
