My puppy had got Pavo and we were told to go here my dog was the last dog seen before they close down but they where awesome great stuff and a good environment for your pets
Staff greets you with a smile. First thing on my mind everytime we have new pup for vaccination.
I have been coming here since 2018 and NOT once had a problem. Iv done boarding, grooming and most recently vaccine on one of my two dogs. They have always treated all my dogs WONDERFULLY….from the older dogs I’ve adopted and past away to my latest two that I have now. I have been to another boarding place in riverside back in 2018….and when your dogs put ALL 4 paws down because they do not want to go in??? Something is wrong! Animal Bird have always greeted my dogs by name and my two dogs would each run up to them and greet them right back. Again not once have my dogs or myself been treated poorly. They have gone under ownership changes but this never affected me any. It saddens me they would get a 2.9 star rating, when they deserve a 5 star.
Have been coming here for the better part of 6 year’s. NO MORE!! New owners & management have completely ruined this — once great place! NO EMERGENCY HOSPITAL ANYMORE. Severely limited Vet availability. Sometimes for day’s! THIS is no way to run an efficient, reliable Vet business. The two Vet’s we DID manage to get help from there…well…they were good. But clearly unhappy working there. I DON’T recommend this place for anything!!!
