Poway Animal Hospital was the first vet we used for our dog from when he was 5 months old until just before he turned 4 years when we moved to a different state. They were helpful through every aspect from answering questions I had via phone and in person vet visits to assisting us with ear infections. All of the staff members are kind and caring and always asked if our pup could have treats before giving it to them. They also have a great online pharmacy where we ordered Nexguard (flea&tick prevention) and Interceptor (heart worm prevention) through and they even made sure our pup was up to date everything before following through with the prescription. Since we were moving they ensured that we had a copy of all necessary information and told us that once we got settled in at our new location they would ensure it all would be sent to our new vet.
We’re so lucky to have had Poway Animal Hospital follow our golden retriever for the past 12 years. Everyone there is knowledgeable, compassionate, and the communication is excellent. We trust the whole team in caring for our golden and highly recommend their services.
Excellent staff that really care about animals. The fees are also very reasonable compared to other places. And first check up is free, kind of amazing!

Dr Voss is great fully explains the issue & gives positive means to improve. She doesn?t rush you takes time to know your pet & you. I am very pleased with Dr. Voss!!!?
My experience with poway animal hospital could not have been better. They are caring and very helpful in caring for my dogs. Just had a puppy spayed and the experience for my puppy was outstanding.
