I brought my dog here a few years ago for her ear infection. Was amazed on how they were able treat the infection in no time after ruling it out. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would bring my dog here again if she has any skin or allergy concerns.
For a few years now, they have taken great care of our dog Toffee through his chronic severe allergies, meds side effects and a crazy osteomyelitis. Always attentive, friendly and competent. Both Dr. Boyanowsky and Dr. Sickafoose, as well as the entire office staff fall in that category. We are grateful to have them.
My cat pupu had recurring skin issues so our vet recommended us to book an appt with PAD. They were fully booked for months so we didn’t get to see Dr. Sickafoose until 6 months later. Aida booked the appt and sent us all of the info prior to our appointment. It was easy to communicate with the clinic by text and email.
Im so glad we booked the appointment. The staff were welcoming and they have such a nice and clean examination room. We had a quiet room for ourselves and Pupu was able to walk around and get comfortable.
She actually puked in her carrier right when I pulled into the parking lot, but the staff were so nice and cleaned it so that she doesn’t have to sit in a dirty carrier.
Dr.Sickafoose was super friendly and was very patient and thorough with examining Pupu. Cat didn’t like being handled but Dr. Sickafoose and Sara, one of the veterinary technician, were both so gentle and careful when handling Pupu. You can tell they love animals🥰
Dr.Sickafoose explained in detail about different types of allergies and outlined a treatment plan for Pupu. She was upfront about various treatments and possible outcomes.
Pupu was very calm and chill on our way home and wasn’t stressed out at all. We’ll monitor Pupu’s condition for 6 weeks and return for a check-up.
Wonderful clinic. Entire staff is experienced and dedicated; receptionist, technicians, and of course, vets. Clean, modern facilities. Unfortunately not presently accepting new clients.
