My Son took his 6 month old puppy to them that seem to have symptoms of having cherry eye. When my son when they told him that he should leave the dogs eye like that until he gets older meaning wait ( MONTHS ). This being my sons first pet him not knowing any better takes their advice a couple days later his dog is in pain and doesn?t even want to walk because of his eye. My son called them back to schedule surgery and THEY YET AGAIN TOLD HIM, ALTHOUGH HE SAID THAT HIS PUPPY EYE WAS BLEEDING FROM THE CHERRY EYE A LITTLE BIT, TO WAIT A COUPLE MONTHS . This has to be the worst advice given by a veterinarian. We will not be coming back to this vet as it seems like they do not care about people?s animals that come in with problems and need help.
I love this place! The only pet clinic I would take my dogs the Dr misdiagnosed my dogs. I recently took my dog Oreo to get surgery done and she is doing better than every! They really will do anything to help your dog and I am so thankful we came here for a second opinion that my lumps by dog had because the pervious vet said that she was fine and it was just balls of mass and when we came her it turned out to be TUMOR! Imagine if I would have listen to my previous vet, I don’t think I would have my poor oreo today but instead I am going to have her for a much longer time. I love this place and a Thank You is not enough for what they did my for my dog Oreo.
This place is very busy and unfortunately the actual facility seems very small. With or without appointments, the last few times we’ve visited, we are here 4+ hours for basic check up’s or shots. I spend less time at the dmv, dental, or hospital appointments! The staff inside and doctors are great and know what they are doing, but for non emergency appointments, it’s not worth the wait.

She quickly jumped into action to figure out what was going on with him. She performed emergency surgery & saved his life!!! I am beyond grateful!!!
B St Vet was crowded they were very kind I appreciate they accepted the program we had to get into they treated my Fur Baby good she wasn’t angry when we picked her up glad they had the Service we needed thank you
