This is not a bad clinic, however I would not recommend it to family or friends. The doctor is very knowledgeable, but knows it. He speaks to the customers in a very condescending tone, especially if you ask questions. It seems as though he has very little patience when it comes to explaining anything about your pet or their treatment plan.

Additionally, keep a close eye on your invoice. You will ask for something done, and yet you will be charged for 3 additional treatments that were not discussed. If you don’t pay attention, you will pay for additional services that you did not authorize or discuss.

I brought my dog in for his 3 annual vaccines, which I discussed with the vet and told him I only wanted those 3. When I received my invoice, the vet had given my dog 2 additional shots that I was not aware of and charged me for it. I obviously don’t believe it was malicious, however I need to know what is being given to my pet.

Overall, your animal will get the care he/she needs at this clinic. You will most likely pay more, due to extra services and treatments being done without your knowledge. The doctor will also try to sell you on every single treatment in the book. It is my opinion that he is a SALESMAN first, and a doctor second.

Do what you will with this information.

The people here a wonderful. I have been to several vets in the area and none of them come close. They were very friendly and made sure I understood everything that is going on with my dog. The vet seemed to really care about my dog and not about how much money they could make from him. I would totally recommend this place to anyone.
