After reading some of the recent reviews online of PB Veterinary Clinic, i was really worried about the cost and level of professionalism we were going to receive; however, we were quite please and relieved that we were able to leave there happier and better than anticipated. The cost, however is pricey but it is an urgent/hospital therefore those prices will be higher than a regular vet appointment. I have four stars for the cost and there wasn’t a follow-up care phone call and i haven’t received the lab results, yet.
Thor had several skin issues and the staff got him in quick and did her best to treat him. He is already getting better from their treatment and hives went away as well as the swelling and bumps I’m very greatful my main vet Bohdi recommended them to me and they fit me in because his coat was getting bad and had a painful itch.
Dr. Keiss is just phenomenal. She is not only incredibly knowledgable, caring and patient, she goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are cared for in a thorough and timely manner and communicates with their humans in a focused and empathetic manner. I always feel like she will do everything in her considerable power to make sure my pup is healthy and happy, and that all my questions are answered and my anxieties assuaged. As far as vets I’ve ever worked with, she is the literal best. And the entire staff at PB vet clinic is always helpful, caring and professional as well!
Doctor is rude and staff is not communicative. This office does not value your time so expect to wait a very long while. Today was an hour. The doctor herself is afraid of my sweet service dog and muzzled him which makes me think she should be in a different industry.
Great experience at PBVC. They took care of my pup perfectly, Doctor was so nice. There was a change in my appointment but front desk staff was able to get me another appointment quickly. So happy to have chosen them for my pup’s care
